SHIPPING POLICY

At AISHABAYA, we are committed to delivering our premium modest wear to your doorstep with speed and care. We partner with leading global couriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, no matter where you are in the world

1. PROCESSING TIMES

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Pre-Orders / Custom Designs: For bespoke or "Make to Order" pieces, please allow 10–15 business days for craftsmanship before dispatch.

  • Note: During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take an additional 2 business days.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been dispatched, the following estimated delivery windows apply:

3. SHIPPING RATES

  • Domestic (Pakistan): We offer flat-rate shipping across all major cities.

  • International (UK, UAE, etc.): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders above a certain threshold (e.g., £150 / 700 AED / 25,000 PKR).

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders (outside of the shipping origin):

  • AISHABAYA is not responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees incurred in the destination country.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

  • If a delivery is refused due to customs charges, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. TRACKING YOUR JOURNEY

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email and WhatsApp containing your tracking number. You can monitor your parcel’s journey directly through our courier partner's portal.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS & SUCCESSFUL ARRIVAL

  • Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, and contact number are accurate. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

  • To ensure the security of your luxury items, we recommend a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the package. AISHABAYA is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier.
