This Refund Policy for AISHABAYA is crafted to balance premium customer service with the logistical realities of high-end modest fashion across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan.


REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At AISHABAYA, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our premium modest wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original AISHABAYA tags and "luxury seals" still attached.

  • Hygiene & Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, Hijabs, Under-caps, and Accessories are non-returnable. Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Sample Sale" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at care@aishabaya.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

3. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Note: For size exchanges in Pakistan and the UAE, please contact our support team to see if a direct courier exchange is available in your region.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For returns from the UK or UAE, please ensure the package is marked as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary customs delays.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or dispatched to our international logistics partners, it can no longer be cancelled and must be treated as a return.

6. HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at care@aishabaya.com with your Order Number and the reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
